Select from a 6, 8 or 12-week training plan tailored to your skills, needs and goals. These packages include an IN-PERSON testing session to ensure you are performing the exercises safely. If you’re new to strength training or have never trained with Grifter before, it is recommend that you add a strength fundamentals session at checkout to increase your gym I.Q. which will optimise your self-guided training in the future. It also allows for a greater variety of exercises to be added to your strength program.
Strength Package
If you want to learn more specific and complex resistance training movements to be used in a more advanced and effective training plan, this option is for you. We recommend booking a package if you’ve never trained with us before or have limited gym experience. These packages are perfect for increasing your lifting skills to optimise your SELF-GUIDED training in the future.
