If you are new Quartz Climbing or want to learn more about complex and climbing-specific exercises, it is recommended that you select “First time customer” when scheduling your testing sessions. This will enable you to increase the complexity and effectiveness of your workout routine and ensure you are using the correct form when performing lifts without the guidance of a coach. 30 minutes will be added to your testing session for a comprehensive personalised class, readying you for your strength program.
