Are you preparing for a climbing trip or have an upcoming competition and want to surprise yourself with newfound ability? well, this package is perfect for you. After months of training in the gym, it’s time to put your strength to good use. This Package includes exercises centred around converting your raw strength into power, contact strength and full-body coordination by implementing plyometric exercises, technique drills and consistent coaching sessions. By using this approach, we squeeze every last ounce of untapped physical strength and ability into your movement style and convert it into pure climbing performance.

30-minute comprehensive planning session with a coach.
4-week or 6-week Training and Technique Plan.
THREE in-person Movement Optimisation Sessions.
An in-person Strength Education Session.
Coach-driven in-person strength testing.

A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking the initial consultation, with the remaining amount due during the first in-person session. If you choose to cancel your package please notify us 24 hours before your first in-person session to receive a full refund.
