Quartz Climbing’s Off-Season Package is tailored to the athlete who’s ready to embody the “gym rat” for a few months to achieve unmatched gains in strength to not only break plateaus but move towards a completely new phase in your climbing. This program provides you with the tools to build the foundations for the highest level of personal performance by creating robustness and strength in all climbing-specific ranges of motion while considering your individual climbing style. With a heavy emphasis on weight training and climbing session structure, you’ll gain the required abilities for a very successful rock trip or competition when the time is right to achieve.
This package includes:
30-minute comprehensive planning session with a coach.
8-week or 12-week Training and Technique Plan.
TWO in-person Movement Optimisation Session.
An in-person Strength Education Session.
Coach-driven in-person strength testing.

Please schedule a Google Meet to discuss your goals, climbing experience, and upcoming training sessions. A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking the initial consultation, with the remaining amount due during the first in-person session. If you choose to cancel your package please notify us 24 hours before your first in-person session to receive a full refund.
