Testing sessions
This session is essential for the commencement of your program. This session type aims to determine your max strength in all exercises specific to your goals, weaknesses and gym IQ. If you’re new to lifting, Angus will work through a variety of techniques and cues to ensure the safety and applicability of your workouts within your training plan. Book this as your first session if you haven’t tested with Angus in the past, then Angus will inform you when its time to test again.
